1. Shipping & Delivery Information

  • We deliver to all locations across India.
  • If private courier services are unavailable, we use government courier services such as Speed Post (prepaid only).
  • Real-time tracking links are automatically sent to your registered email once the order is shipped.

Delivery Time

  • Standard shipping time: 8-9 working days, depending on your location and courier service.
  • Shipping partners: Delhivery, BlueDart, XpressBees, and government courier services (where applicable).

Processing Time

  • Plain Jerseys: 2-4 working days before dispatch.
  • Customized Jerseys: 4-5 working days before dispatch.
  • Mixed Orders (Plain + Customized Jerseys): 4-5 working days before dispatch.
  • Courier pickup does not take place on Sundays and national holidays.

Possible Delays

Processing and delivery times may extend due to:

  • Weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain affecting courier operations).
  • Technical issues from courier service providers.
  • Unserviceable pin codes leading to package unscanning.
  • Delayed stock arrivals.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD is available across India.
  • Important: If incorrect address or phone number details are provided, the order will be canceled without confirmation.
  • Return to Origin (RTO) Cases: If a COD order is returned due to non-delivery, the customer may be restricted from placing future COD orders.

3. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

  • Return, exchange, and refund policies apply as per our official policy.
  • We take care of the return/replacement shipping—customers don’t need to worry about return logistics.
  • For damaged or incorrect products, refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

4. Order Cancellations & Refunds

  • Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched.
  • After Shipment: Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
  • Delayed Deliveries: Refunds are only available if the courier initiates Return to Origin (RTO) due to excessive delay.

🔹 We do not offer refunds for courier delays beyond our control.

5. Disclaimer

  • AJ Sport reserves the right to refuse service to any customer at any time.
  • We have limited control over courier processes and will escalate delivery issues where possible. However, customers should expect occasional courier-related delays.
  • Order cancellations and refunds are NOT available due to courier delays unless the package is returned by the courier (RTO).
